Arman Kyrykbayev Appointed Presidential Aide

Arman Kyrykbayev was appointed to the position previously occupied by Ruslan Zheldibay, Orda.kz reports.
The appointment of Kyrykbayev to the post of Presidential Aide for Domestic Policy and Communications was announced in Aqorda on February 24. Until February 17, Ruslan Zheldibay, appointed advisor and Press Secretary to the President, held this post a week ago.
Until today, Arman Kyrykbayev was the head of the communications department of the Presidential Administration.
Arman Kyrykbayev was born in 1976 in Tselinograd. He graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 1996 to 2002, he worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From 2006–2013, he held various positions in the Ministry of Culture, up to and including Vice Minister (with a break to work as Deputy Akim of the Qaraganda region in 2010–2012).
From 2020 to 2022, he was the Secretary of The Nur Otan Party.
From 2005 to 2006, he was the director of the state fund for youth policy development in Almaty. From 2015 to 2019 and from February 2022 to March 2024, he held the post of Deputy Almaty Akim.
