Housing Sales in Kazakhstan Rise 28% in One Month

In June 2026, Kazakhstan recorded 39,053 housing purchase and sale transactions, up 28.4% from May, when 30,420 transactions were completed, Orda.kz reports, citing the Bureau of National Statistics.
