"We Need to Understand What Happened" - Amangeldy on Gaipbayev's Death

Activist Aitbek Amangeldy and lawyer Said Taukeleva arrived in Talgar, Orda reports.
They are engaged in the homicide case of Sherzat Polat. They have also joined the case concerning his uncle, Nurganat Gaipbayev.
Amangeldy addressed journalists and asked the press not to bother the family.
We immediately left for Talgar, we are looking into what is happening. According to preliminary police data, it is suicide. But we need to understand what actually happened. After the tragedy with Sherzat, Nurganat began working with psychologists. They noted that his psychological state was generally satisfactory: he had plans, he began selling meat in this area again. However, there was mental trauma after the loss of (his -Ed.) loved one, this cannot be forgotten. Last night the family had a quiet dinner. Nurganat went to his room, was on his phone and for some reason got very upset. He decided to take a breather, took the car and left. After 12 midnight, he started writing messages to his family as follows: he asked that his family not be angry with him; he noted that he regretted what had happened. And then the family went looking for him. They searched the area, visited Sherzat's grave. But he was not there. Later they returned to the grave and found a car with an open door there. Nurganat's phone was nearby... said Aitbek Amangeldy.
Amangeldy added that Sherzat's uncle was able to cope with all the in-person questioning and other investigative actions despite his psycho-emotional state.
According to the man's relatives, Nurganat Gaipbayev came to his nephew's grave and parked the car nearby.
Nurganat's phone was found near the open car door, and his body was found in a ravine.

Meanwhile, journalists asked lawyer Taukeleva about the screenshots of messages:
Yes, the relatives received such a message, a farewell message. The investigation has the screenshots, they have been added to the case. We will familiarize ourselves with the criminal case materials and will definitely contact you, colleagues,
said Saida Taukeleva.
