Unidentified Object Resembling Drone Found in Atyrau Region

Fragments resembling an unmanned aerial vehicle have once again been discovered in the Kurmangazy District of Atyrau Region, Orda.kz reports.
They were found in a steppe area near the border with the Russian Federation.
According to the Atyrau Regional Police Department, an investigation has been launched:
In coordination with relevant agencies, an inspection is underway following the discovery of an object that visually resembles drone fragments. The object was found in a steppe zone. There are no casualties or damage. All details and circumstances are being clarified,
the department said.
Other similar objects resembling UAVs have been found before; one was found near the village of Qonyreterek. At the time, regional authorities reported that a special commission had been dispatched to the site.
So far, no official agency has identified the origin of the objects.
