Tokayev Appoints New First Deputy Prime Minister

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a decree appointing a new first deputy prime minister, Orda.kz reports.
Nurlybek Nalibayev was dismissed from his previous post before the appointment. Since April 7, 2022, he had served as akim of the Kyzylorda region.
A day earlier, the head of state dismissed Presidential Administration chief Aibek Dadebai.
He was replaced by Roman Sklyar, who had previously held the post of first deputy prime minister.
