Tokayev Appoints Roman Sklyar As Presidential Administration Chief

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed Roman Sklyar as head of the Presidential Administration, Orda.kz reports, citing Akorda.

Sklyar replaces Aybek Dadebay, who was relieved of the post after being transferred to another position.

By presidential decree, Sklyar was also dismissed as first deputy prime minister. He had held that position since January 2022.

It is not yet known where Dadebay has been reassigned.
