Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said the country will make its decision on whether to remain in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) or move toward the European Union (EU) once the choice becomes “final and inevitable,” Orda.kz reports, citing NewsArmenia.
We understand that simultaneous membership in the EU and EAEU is impossible, and when the choice is final and inevitable, we will make the appropriate decision,
Pashinyan told reporters at a Thursday briefing.
The prime minister added that any scenario remains possible, noting that the outcome will depend on the will of the people, the current situation, the negotiation process, and the results of further analysis of available options and alternatives.
