Eyewitnesses Share Photos of Kazakh Citizens’ Evacuation
Telegram bot Orda.kz was allegedly contacted by one of the passengers on an evacuation flight from the Middle East. She shared photos and, identifying herself as their author, described her impressions.
A girl named Ayla said that she, like many other Kazakhstanis, is currently in Dubai, UAE — specifically in the transit zone of Al Maktoum International Airport, where the evacuation of Kazakh citizens is taking place amid the escalation of the conflict in the Middle East.
I am sitting among people who have just arrived from different places — some came from Iran across the border, others are stranded here waiting for a flight home. I would like to mention the work of our people — they meet buses carrying evacuees, distribute water, help with children and luggage, coordinate boarding, and much more.she said, providing photos.

According to the latest information, Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Transport, together with relevant organizations and air carriers, continues efforts to bring Kazakh citizens back from the Middle East.
