Kazakhstan Ratifies EAEU Bank Guarantee Agreement

President Qasym-Jomart Toqayev has signed a law ratifying an agreement on mutual recognition of bank guarantees in implementing state (municipal) procurement within the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), Orda reports, citing Aqorda.
The agreement establishes the legal framework for EAEU member states to recognize each other's bank guarantees, aiming to simplify Kazakhstan suppliers' participation in EAEU state procurement.
