Adil Mukhamedzhanov to Become New Head of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange

Adil Mukhamedzhanov will assume duties as the Chair of the Board of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on March 31. His appointment, approved by KASE’s Board of Directors, is set to last until June 1, 2026, reports Orda.kz, citing KASE.
Mukhamedzhanov has been Chair of the Board of JSC Central Securities Depository since 2021. Previously, he was Deputy Chairman of the Board at KASE and held various roles in the National Bank of Kazakhstan’s Monetary Operations Department.
His appointment follows the early departure of the current KASE Chair, Alina Aldambergen, who will step down on March 31.
