Toqayev Appoints New Ambassadors in Series of Diplomatic Changes

President Qasym-Jomart Toqayev has signed a series of decrees appointing new diplomats and relieving others from their posts, Orda.kz reports.
According to the presidential orders:
- Arman Issetov has been appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan. In connection with the new role, he has been relieved of his position as Ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand.
- Azmat Berdybay has been dismissed as Ambassador to Kuwait. Yerzhan Yelekeyev will be his replacement.
- Roman Vassilenko has been appointed Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium, as well as Head of Kazakhstan’s Mission to the European Union and NATO. His predecessor, Margulan Baimukhan, has been relieved of those duties.
