In Shymkent, a 22-year-old woman was sexually assaulted several times by men who blackmailed her.
An Orda.kz correspondent has looked into the matter.
NeMolchi reported the incident. According to the activists, the 22-year-old woman approached them and shared her story.
According to the young woman, it all started in August last year. She left work and wanted to catch a taxi.
At that moment, a car pulled up.
The young woman is in a serious condition, suffers from hearing loss, which is why she is a follower and naive. She comes from a simple family with many children. To get home from work, she caught a taxi. There were men in the car who were much older than her, but she did not pay attention to it. They remembered where she lived. In the evening, when the adults were not home, one came and said: 'You were liked, come out, let's talk.' That evening he assaulted her right on the topchan, and the second filmed it on video. This is how the first stage of blackmail began,"writes the fund.
The second stage of blackmail began in March, activists say, when one man said: “Get out, otherwise I’ll burn you and your house and your family down.”
Two men then took her to a deserted place, pulled a rubber mat out of the car, spread it out, and sexually assaulted her.
The circle of assailants - three men over 30 years old, their identities have been established. They know each other, acted in a group, found a quiet, timid girl with special needs and took advantage of her. And they remain free! No case. No examination. No article. No arrest warrant,
the fund claims.
In response to a request from Orda.kz, the police reported that a criminal case had been opened:
A criminal case has been opened on the basis of the sexual assualt report. All circumstances are being established and the arguments of the parties are being studied, the Shymkent Police Department press service.
