Saran Residents to Have Heating Bills Recalculated
The Qaraganda region Akimat announced this, Orda.kz reports.
As reported by the regional administration, buildings have been completely reconnected to backup boiler stations in Saran.
Saran Residents will have their heating bills recalculated for October, the regional Akimat stated.
In addition, local authorities have vowed to find those responsible for disrupting the heating season in Saran.
As soon as the situation stabilizes, we will definitely conduct an analysis and evaluate the actions of everyone responsible, said the Qaraganda region Akim, Yermaganbet Bulekpayev.
In mid-October, Saran's heating season was disrupted due to problems with the full launch of the new boiler station, which had been under construction for 10 years.
