Russian Officials Visit Damascus for Talks with Syrian Leadership - AP

A delegation of Russian officials arrived in Damascus on Tuesday for high-level meetings with Syrian government officials, Orda reports, citing AP.
The delegation included Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov and the Russian President's special envoy for Syria, Alexander Lavrentyev, Russia's RIA Novosti reported.
The state news agency didn't offer any other details of the visit.
