Jarkent Officer: 4 Suspects Detained

The Deputy Commander of the Ground Forces, said this, Orda.kz reports, citing Kazinform.
Today, Captain Darkhan Daulet was seen off on his final journey. The officer died in military unit 74261 of the Jarkent garrison in the Jetisu region.
On November 14, the press service of Kazkhstan's Ground Forces reported "a death during unscheduled training due to a violation of safety measures."
However, relatives are sure that Daulet was killed.
A brother said that there were marks from a rope on his arms and legs and a crack in his skull.
We ask and demand that the people involved in my brother's case answer before the law. Today, high-ranking generals and deputies came to the funeral. They asked for forgiveness. The general promised to conduct a fair investigation of the case and punish the guilty parties. But we do not know under what article the case is being prosecuted, the brother shared.
Ministry of Defense representatives who attended confirmed the unscheduled training at the military unit facility on the day of the incident. They declined to disclose its details.
A commission has been sent to the military unit regarding the incident. A case has been opened. The Ministry of Internal Affairs is investigating. The incident was in the military unit facility. Four suspects have been detained and are in custody. I confirm that there were individual training exercises that day, said Deputy Commander of the Ground Forces Colonel Aryngali Akishev.
Daulet Darkhan was 26 years old.
He graduated with honors from the Military Institute of the Ground Forces and began working in the Otar military garrison.
Five years later, he was appointed chief of the engineering service of military unit 74261 in Jarkent.
