Yerlan Sagnayev Appointed Vice Minister Of National Economy

Before his appointment, he served as Director of the Department of Tax and Customs Policy at the Ministry of National Economy, Orda.kz reports citing the government press service.
Sagnayev was born in 1978 in the Aqmola region. He graduated from North Kazakhstan State University, the North Kazakhstan Law Academy, and Karaganda State University.
He began his career in 1999 at the Tax Committee of the North Kazakhstan region.
Over the years, he has held positions as Deputy Chairman of a District Tax Committee, Head of specialized departments in both territorial offices and the central office of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance.
He also served as Deputy Head of the Tax Departments of the Mangystau, Qaraganda, Qostanay, and Atyrau regions.
