Wild Arman and Kairat Kudaibergen Will Not Be Given Amnesty
1.5 thousand participants of the January events will receive amnesty adopted on October 27. But ex-deputy of the Maslikhat of Almaty, Kairat Kudaibergen, and Arman Dzhumageldiyev (better known as Wild Arman) will not be among them
Deputy Prosecutor General Asset Chindaliyev said this on the sidelines of the Senate.
Criminal cases are being conducted against 20 citizens for organizing riots. They also will not receive amnesty.
"The organizers are not subject to amnesty. Only participants of the January events are subject to amnesty. Kairat Kudaiberegenov and Wild Arman are among the organizers of the riots," Chindaliyev said.
RE: On January 7, six members of the organized criminal group and Wild Arman were detained during a special operation of the Almaty Police Department. His arrest has been extended until December 7.
