Kazakhstan Khalkyna Foundation Expands Support for Healthcare, Education and Sports

The Kazakhstan Khalkyna Foundation has approved 134 charitable programs in healthcare, education, sports and culture, Orda.kz reports, citing Akorda.
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev met with the chair of the Kazakhstan Khalkyna Foundation, Lazzat Chinkisbayeva. She said the foundation’s Board of Trustees had approved 134 charitable programs in healthcare, education, sports and culture.
In healthcare, the foundation supports the development of oncology services by purchasing linear accelerators for radiation therapy, equipping hospitals with modern technology and upgrading rehabilitation infrastructure in the regions.
In education, the foundation provides grants, supports rural and understaffed schools, and introduces STEM and artificial intelligence programs. Inclusive sports are a separate focus, with the fund building specialized centers.
We implement all projects with a focus on targeting and transparency.Chinkisbayeva said.
Tokayev stressed the importance of the foundation’s systematic and transparent work and highly praised its contribution to improving the quality of life of Kazakhstanis.
