Tourist Boats Set to Resume Service on Astana’s Yesil River

Excursion boats were launched into the Yesil River in Astana on April 24 ahead of the summer tourist season. Regular trips will begin on May 1, Orda.kz reports.
Karina Danilko, manager of Esil Astana, said the vessels had undergone training checks and maintenance before the start of the season.
All boats were painted and fully serviced. Special attention was paid to passenger safety: new life jackets were purchased and the equipment was checked.she said.
The following vessels were launched:
- Astana KSW-082 with 45 seats;
- Esil KSW-092 with 65 seats;
- R-118 with 65 seats;
- KS-192;
- KS-201 with 30 seats;
- PR-151 with 30 seats.
In addition, to renew the fleet, Esil Astana purchased four high-speed vessels for river cruises with a capacity of up to 12 passengers each.
