Tatyana Kim Gains Full Ownership of Wildberries

Tatyana Kim has received complete control of Wildberries following a court ruling in Moscow, Orda.kz reports.
The Savelovsky District Court decided proceedings related to the division of assets between Kim and her former spouse, Vladislav Bakalchuk.
By the judge's decision, 1% of the share in Wildberries LLC, which was owned by Vladislav Bakalchuk, went to Kim. She became the owner of 100% of the company,
the press service of Wildberries and Russ stated.
Kim also retained 100% of the shares in Wildberries Bank LLC and access to all funds in her personal accounts.
The court thus fully satisfied her claims.
Back in June 2024, Kim, who co-founded Wildberries, announced a merger between Wildberries and the company Russ. Bakalchuk opposed the move and filed a lawsuit contesting the asset transfer, naming Wildberries, Russ, and Kim as defendants.
In July, Kim announced that she was filing for divorce. Shortly afterward, a video appeared online featuring Bakalchuk alongside Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, who criticized the merger, referring to it as a hostile takeover attempt.
In September, a shooting incident took place near the Wildberries headquarters in Moscow. The altercation, reportedly linked to the former spouses' conflict, resulted in two deaths and ten injuries.
