Qasym-Jomart Toqayev Met with President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev

The heads of the two countries discussed the current state and prospects for the development of the Kazakh-Uzbek strategic partnership.
The interlocutors also exchanged views on the results of the meeting of the heads of Central Asian states with the President of the European Council, Charles Michel.
Toqayev thanked Mirziyoyev for participating in the meeting and for his informative speech. In turn, Shavkat Mirziyoyev highly appreciated the holding of this meeting and thanked the President of Kazakhstan for organizing the event.
He noted that the participants of the meeting managed to discuss the most urgent problems of the region and ways to solve them.
