LRT Trains Accelerated To 80 Kilometers Per Hour In Astana

The LRT line continues to be tested in the capital, Orda.kz reports.
On the section from the station "Auezhai" to "Nurly Zhol", during test runs, the trains accelerated to 80 km/h – this is the maximum speed according to the project.
All systems – control, communication and alarm – worked normally.
Earlier, social networks discussed a video where an LRT train was moved manually – some workers pulled it with ropes, others pushed it. Read here how the company explained what was happening.
