Kazakhstan Welcomes UN Gaza Peace Plan

Kazakhstan has welcomed the UN Security Council’s approval of the Comprehensive Plan to End the Conflict in Gaza and move toward lasting peace, Orda.kz reports.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the resolution reflects the joint efforts of international partners — including the United States and President Donald Trump — who played a significant role in achieving the ceasefire agreement.
According to the ministry, the adoption of the resolution opens the door to restoring trust between the parties and relaunching the political process in the Middle East.
Kazakhstan reaffirmed its commitment to the “two states for two peoples” principle, which envisions an independent and viable Palestinian state.
As part of the Abraham Accords, Kazakhstan stands ready for constructive dialogue with all partners, including key mediators, and will continue contributing to international efforts aimed at stabilizing the situation, strengthening humanitarian support, and creating conditions for a long-term political process, the ministry stated.
