Kazakhstan And Turkey Sign Nuclear Energy Cooperation Deal
Industry Development Association and the Turkish Nuclear Industry Association, Orda.kz reports.
The agreement opens a new stage of cooperation between the two countries’ industry organizations.
The memorandum sets out plans to develop partnership, expand international cooperation, exchange experience and implement joint projects in nuclear energy.
The parties agreed to strengthen ties between industry organizations, develop joint initiatives and exchange professional knowledge.
We see significant opportunities, especially in the development of supply chains, training and industrial cooperation. We are confident that this agreement will become a solid basis for long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation between the nuclear industries of our countries,said Bakhytzhan Kadyrbayev, executive director of the Nuclear Industry Development Association.
According to him, the memorandum creates a basis for transferring technical knowledge, developing business cooperation and implementing expert exchange programs.
