The two sides agreed to develop cooperation in digitalization, transport, tourism, trade, investment, space technologies, and mining.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev separately highlighted agriculture and food security.
Given the growing demand in Africa, we are interested in exporting grain to your country. Kenya, in turn, is famous for its magnificent tea, coffee, and flowers. Another major area of cooperation is mining. Tokayev said Kazakhstan and Kenya have reserves of rare earth metals and critical minerals, demand for which is growing due to the development of digital technologies and the energy transition.
