Unidentified Object Resembling Drone Found in Mangystau Region

An unidentified aerial object resembling a drone was discovered in the Qaraqiya district of the Mangystau region, Orda.kz reports.
Photos of the find quickly spread across social media, surprising residents. According to initial assessments, the object resembles parts of an unmanned aerial vehicle.
Regional police say an investigation is underway.
The Police Department of the Mangystau Region, together with authorized services, is conducting an investigation into the discovery of an object similar to fragments of an unmanned aerial vehicle in the Qaraqiya District. All circumstances of the incident are being established,
the department said in a statement.
Authorities confirmed that the object fell in an uninhabited area and did not cause any damage.
While similar incidents have been recorded in West Kazakhstan, this is the first reported case of its kind in the Mangystau region.
