Kazakh President Qasym-Jomart Toqayev continued his official visit to Türkiye on July 30 with a ceremony at the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk in Ankara, Orda.kz reports.
Toqayev laid flowers and signed the guestbook in honor of modern Türkiye’s founder — an iconic national figure whose legacy is deeply woven into the country’s identity.

The visit follows a warm welcome the previous day, when Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan personally met Toqayev at the airport—an honor rarely extended to foreign leaders.
Ankara’s streets were decorated with banners to mark the occasion.
