Saran Akim Punished for Poor Heating Season Preparation

The Saran Akimat, Yerkin Baulykov, and the head of the energy, housing, and communal services department of the Qaraganda region, Tlektes Dosayev, received severe reprimands for inadequate supervision over heating season preparations. The first deputy regional Akim, Azamat Tayzhanov, was also reprimanded, Orda.kz reports.
At the meeting, the regional Akim, Yermaganbet Bulekpayev, emphasized the importance of a stable heat supply during the winter and cautioned that work must be carried out consistently and that strict measures will be taken for each disruption.
Yerkin Baulykov reported that the boiler stations in Saran are operating as usual, fuel is in reserve, and all questions from residents received in the city chat are being resolved promptly.
Heat was supposed to be supplied to Saran residents at the beginning of October, but the start of the heating season was disrupted. The city Akim explained that adjusting work was taking place at the new boiler station, launched only this year.
