On the morning of October 17, the Ministry of Energy stated that all residential buildings and social facilities in Saran had been connected to heat. As the department emphasized, Minister Almasadam Satkaliyev personally monitored the situation with the heating season there.
We visited all heat sources and conducted a fairly detailed analysis of the progress of work to restore the heat supply system. The following decision was made: until the central heat source is launched, the city's heat supply will be supplied by local boiler stations. All social facilities are provided with heat, all industrial facilities are operating in accordance with production programs, the department quotes Satkaliev as saying.
The Qaraganda Region Akim, Yermaganbet Bulekpaev, also stated that Saran is being fully supplied with heat.
Meanwhile, local residents wrote that it is still cold in their homes in a post about the launch of heating on the Saran Akimat's official Instagram account.
The city administration clarified that air pockets in the heating system of individual buildings could be the cause.
Housing and communal services specialists, KSK chair and senior house managers, and boiler stations representatives are working on issues of air removal in pipes. Boiler stations are reaching the temperature regime, the Saran Akimat said in a statement.
Heat was scheduled to be supplied to Saran buildings at the end of last week. The city Akim explained that work was being adjusted on the new boiler station, which was launched only this year.
