Rapper from Aktau Ruslan Gominov, known as Ganvest, was fined 95,000 rubles for the lyrics of a song deemed offensive to dignity and public morality, Orda.kz reports.
The decision was made by the Tagansky District Court of Moscow on March 30, 2026. The court found Ruslan Gominov guilty under Part 3 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
