Kazakhstani Woman Dies in Belgrade, Father Suspects Her Friends Were Involved

A Kazakhstani citizen has died in Belgrade under unclear circumstances. Her father believes people she knew may have been involved, Orda.kz reports.
In a video posted on social media, the man said his daughter may have fallen from the sixth floor. He alleged that two Ukrainian women and a man who knew her could have been involved. These claims have not been independently confirmed.
Kazakhstan’s Foreign Ministry confirmed the death and said its embassy in Serbia was working with local authorities to establish what happened.
We express our condolences to the family and friends of the deceased. The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Serbia is working with the relevant local authorities to clarify all the circumstances,Foreign Ministry spokesperson Yerlan Zhetybayev said.
He added that diplomats were in regular contact with the family and providing consular and legal assistance.
