A Shymkent resident has filed a lawsuit against former maslikhat deputy Kuanysh Dauletaliyev for insults, Orda.kz reports, citing Otyrar.
Yeskendir Zhambayev claims that Dauletaliyev publicly insulted him and even threatened him.
He humiliated me and used obscene language. Perhaps he’s seeking revenge. I previously filed a complaint against his sons, who were later convicted of fraud,Zhambayev said.
The former deputy did not appear in court and has now been placed on the wanted list.
Since the defendant failed to appear in court and the reason for his absence has not been established, the court suspends the proceedings and places him on the wanted list, ruled Judge Askhat Yessenov.
This is not the first time Kuanysh Dauletaliyev has been wanted by authorities. He also skipped a hearing in September but was later found by police and forcibly brought to court.
Dauletaliyev, 48, was a businessman from 2000 to 2009, later serving for six years as Deputy Director for Commercial Affairs at Senim-Qurylys LLP. Since 2015, he has held a similar position at BOINIS KS LLP.
He also led the Auyl Party faction in the maslikhat.
