The capital’s court has ruled that the case falls outside its jurisdiction, Orda.kz reports.
Last week, Astana lawyer Daulet Almurat filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Defense because he was banned from watching the Victory Day parade from his balcony.
Just a few days later, the Astana Specialized Inter-District Administrative Court rejected Almurat’s lawsuit.
Having reviewed the materials attached to the claim within the framework of administrative justice, the court returned the lawsuit, determining it is not subject to consideration in administrative proceedings, the official statement said.
