Businessman Who Brought Popeyes To Kazakhstan To Receive 700 Mln Tenge In Dividends From Broker

Kazakh businessman Eldar Abdrazakov and his sister Aigul are set to receive 700 mln tenge in dividends from brokerage firm Centras Securities, in which they are founders, Orda.kz reports.
The decision to pay the dividends was approved by the general meeting of Centras Securities shareholders. The dividend amounts to 224 tenge per share.
At the end of 2025, Centras Securities posted a net profit of 2.4 bln tenge. The dividends will therefore amount to 29.6% of the company’s profit.
Abdrazakov founded the company in 2004. It provides a wide range of financial services, including brokerage, underwriting and analytics. Since 2021, Centras Securities, together with four other private companies, has managed the pension savings of Kazakhstanis. People can transfer up to 50% of their savings to such managers.
Centras Group also includes insurer Centras Insurance and life insurance company Kommesk-Omir.
