Tourists arriving in Astana can now buy transport cards for city bus trips at Astana International Airport, Orda.kz reports, citing the capital’s akimat.
The cards allow passengers to use city buses without installing additional mobile apps or registering for digital services.
Three types of tourist cards are available — for five, 10, and 15 trips.
The orange card covers five trips and costs 1,550 tenge. The blue card covers 10 trips and costs 2,110 tenge. The green card covers 15 trips and costs 2,650 tenge.
Bus fares are paid using Avtobys payment terminals installed on the capital’s public transport.
