Armenia: Mirzoyan Meets Turkish Envoy

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan received Serdar Kılıç, Türkiye’s special representative for the normalization process of Armenian-Turkish relations, on September 12, 2025, the Armenian Foreign Ministry wrote without providing details of the meeting, Orda.kz reports.
Meanwhile, according to the Turkish Foreign Ministry, Azerbaijan and Armenia are expected to sign a peace treaty in the first half of 2026.
Once the final agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan is signed, we will quickly normalize relations with Armenia, said Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan at a forum in Rome on September 13, 2025
Baku and Yerevan signed a declaration in Washington on peaceful relations between the two countries at the beginning of August.
