All Three Kyrgyzstan Nationals Injured in AZAL Plane Crash Discharged from Hospital

The AZAL plane crash occurred on December 25; among the survivors were three Kyrgyzstan nationals, Orda.kz reports citing 24KG.
The media reports that the last patient was discharged from the National Hospital on January 13.
Doctors assessed his condition as stable. Two other Kyrgyzstan nationals, who returned to their homeland on December 30, were discharged on January 8.
Among the 29 survivors, three were from Kyrgyzstan, while most were from Russia and Azerbaijan. A total of 38 people, including six from Kazakhstan, lost their lives in the crash.
The official cause of the plane crash has not been declared.
However, Azerbaijani authorities have asserted that their airline's plane came under air defense fire over Grozny.
