AZAL Plane Crash: Last Patients Released from Mangystau Hospitals
Three Azerbaijani citizens injured in the AZAL plane crash were transported to Aqtau airport today by Kazakhstan's Ministry of Emergency Situations rescue team.
The Ministry worked alongside their Azerbaijani counterparts to ensure the safe transfer of these patients.
This case demonstrates the excellent cooperation between our countries and Kazakhstan's readiness to always help in emergency situations, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan said in a statement.
All 29 survivors have left Mangystau hospitals. Kazakhstan's medical teams successfully treated all patients brought to their facilities.
The incident occurred on December 25, when an Embraer-190 passenger aircraft flying from Baku to Grozny crashed near the Aqtau airport.
