In October, a state visit to Kazakhstan by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev may take place. This issue was raised during a recent telephone conversation between the heads of the two states. He also recalled President Qasym-Jomart Toqayev’s visit to Azerbaijan last year, during which several agreements were signed.
