Zelenskyy Announces Date of Ukraine-Russia Talks in Istanbul

Another round of negotiations between representatives of Ukraine and Russia will take place on July 23 in Istanbul, Orda.kz reports.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the upcoming meeting in his evening video address.
According to Zelenskyy, Kyiv plans to raise three key issues:
- The exchange of prisoners of war
- The return of Ukrainian children
- Preparations for a possible meeting between the leaders of the two countries
This will be the third meeting held in Türkiye.
The previous talks took place on May 16 and June 2. During those sessions, the parties reached an agreement on a prisoner exchange and exchanged versions of memoranda concerning conflict resolution.
