Workers Killed at Kazakhmys Mine

An incident occurred at the Sayak-3 mine in the Qaraganda region. Two people died due to carbon monoxide emissions, Orda.kz reports.
There are also injured; their number is unknown.
We quickly evacuated all workers. The injured were taken to the nearest medical facilities, reported the Kazakhmys press service.
The circumstances and causes of the incident are being investigated. A special commission has been created to investigate the incident.
On September 19, an incident occurred in the Orlovskaya mine in the Abay region.
