Vyacheslav Kim Finalizes Purchase of Alatau City Bank

Vyacheslav Kim has completed the acquisition of Alatau City Bank, formerly known as First Heartland Jusan Bank, reports Orda.kz.
Since 2023, the bank had been owned by Galimzhan Yessenov.
Joint Stock Company Alatau City Bank, one of Kazakhstan’s leading financial institutions, announces that businessman Vyacheslav Kim has completed the transaction to acquire 100% of the bank’s shares from its former owner, Galimzhan Yessenov, the bank said in an official statement.
Vyacheslav Kim, co-founder and chair of the board of Kaspi.kz, topped Forbes Kazakhstan’s 2024 list of the country’s wealthiest entrepreneurs.
