Violated Probation: Deputy Turlykhanov's Son to Appeal Verdict

Nurasyl Bolat's lawyers have filed an appeal against the court's decision on imprisonment. Lawyer Anna Chernova reported this, Orda.kz writes.
He was recently handed down the sentence for violating probation control.
The lawyers of the son of deputy Turlykhanov Nurasyl Bolat have filed an appeal. We are waiting, Anna Chernova wrote on her Instagram page.
On October 21, a court sent Nurasyl Bolat to a penal colony for one year and five months for probation violations. He received probation in August of this year. The violations were Bolat's presence at the celebration of blogger Aray Isakova's birthday and visiting a karaoke bar.
Probation supervision was assigned to the deputy's son following the Supreme Court's decision to restrict his freedom for assaulting lawyers Oleg and Anna Chernov.
