A meeting between U.S. and Ukrainian delegations is set to take place in Riyadh on March 24, after which U.S. representatives are expected to hold talks with the Russian side, Orda.kz reports.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the planned meetings during a joint press conference with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre.
Zelenskyy stated that he intends to prepare a list of civilian and energy infrastructure sites that must not be targeted under a potential ceasefire agreement with Russia.
He also denied rumors that Ukraine might transfer ownership of its nuclear power plants to the United States, clarifying that the topic had not been discussed in his conversation with former U.S. President Donald Trump.
