Ulytau Region: Police Officers Under Investigation

Authorities have completed a pre-trial investigation into torture allegations against Zhanaarka district police officers.
The suspects reportedly abused a person detained on administrative charges.
The Ulytau Regional Prosecutor's Office stated some suspects were released on bail, while others are under travel restrictions.
The case will move to court after participants review the criminal case materials.
