Twenty people, including nine children, were killed as a result of a Russian missile strike on Kryvyi Rih on April 4, 2025, Orda.kz reports, citing RBK Ukraine.
The total number of victims has reached 75, with 37 people currently hospitalized — 19 of them in serious condition.
A day earlier, a commission from the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights visited the site of the attack.
The team documented the destruction and identified the names of the children killed.
Russia's use of explosive weapons in a densely populated area without any apparent military presence demonstrates a reckless disregard for civilian lives,
said UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk.
April 6 has been declared a national day of mourning in Ukraine. In Kryvyi Rih, mourning will continue on April 7, 8, and 9.
