French President Emmanuel Macron has announced that a summit of the so-called “coalition of the willing” will be held in Paris to bolster international support for Ukraine, Orda.kz reports.
According to BFMTV, the gathering is scheduled for March 21, with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expected to play a central role.
The summit aims to formalize the commitments of allied countries and ramp up military and logistical aid to Kyiv.
We will complete our work on short-term support for the Ukrainian army, on protecting a sustainable and strong model of the Ukrainian army to prevent Russian incursions,
Emmanuel Macron
The meeting follows a mid-March defense summit in Paris, where around 30 chiefs of staff from various nations discussed long-term peace guarantees for Ukraine. Zelenskyy also participated in that meeting, where leaders broadly backed a U.S.-Ukraine proposal for a 30-day ceasefire.

In this regard, Russia's partial and very disappointing response is, I hope, only a short-term rebuff. Russia does not sincerely want peace at this stage,Macron voiced disappointment with Moscow’s reaction.
When asked what might prompt Russian President Vladimir Putin to reconsider his position, Macron quipped:
“Ask him! I am not in his head. And, frankly, fortunately.”
Still, the French president emphasized that Western nations must continue to show resolve in backing Ukraine amid ongoing hostilities.
