Two East Kazakhstan Region Residents Die in Ukraine War — KNB Concludes Investigation

Two men from Oskemen who left to fight for Russia last year have died, Orda reports, citing "Ustinka LIVE."
The criminal investigation was conducted under Article 172 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan: "Participation in Foreign Armed Conflicts."
They died from their wounds in Donetsk region. The cause of death was acute massive blood loss resulting from explosion and shrapnel injuries. Their bodies were transported to Oskemen, the Department of the National Security Committee (KNB) reports.
The criminal case has been closed due to their deaths.
