Trump: Will America Continue to Invest in Kazakhstan?

Deputy Foreign Minister Alibek Kuantyrov, who previously headed the Ministry of National Economy, discussed how Trump's victory could affect investments in Kazakhstan, Orda.kz reports.
Journalists asked Kuantyrov whether this would lead to a decrease in American investment in Kazakhstan.
America is a big country and is one of our largest investors. It ranks second in terms of attracted investments - more than 60 billion dollars since independence. Trump was already president, investments did not fall,
the deputy minister commented on the sidelines of the Majilis.
He also spoke about the recent jump in the dollar exchange rate.
Kuantyrov says this situation is temporary.
Someone had previously predicted 600 tenge per dollar, but this did not happen. We saw that there is no point in reacting to surges. Tenge is a stable currency. Let's not get emotional and work for the benefit of Kazakhstan, Kuantirov added.
