Trump Discloses Putin Call

In a recent post on Truth Social, President Donald Trump shared details of his phone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Orda.kz reports.
He stated:
We discussed the attack on Russia’s docked airplanes, by Ukraine, and also various other attacks that have been taking place by both sides. It was a good conversation, but not a conversation that will lead to immediate Peace.
Trump further noted that Putin expressed a strong intention to respond to Ukraine's "Operation Spiderweb":
"President Putin did say, and very strongly, that he will have to respond to the recent attack on the airfields."
Regarding Iran's nuclear program, Trump emphasized the urgency of the situation:
"Time is running out on Iran’s decision pertaining to nuclear weapons, which must be made quickly!"
He also mentioned that Putin suggested participating in discussions with Iran to help bring the matter to a rapid conclusion.
These statements come in the wake of Ukraine's Operation Spider Web, a significant drone attack on Russian military airfields, and amid ongoing concerns over Iran's nuclear ambitions.
Separately, reports have emerged that Republican Senator Roger Wicker said on June 4 that Trump had asked Senate leaders to postpone a vote on a bipartisan sanctions bill targeting Russia.
I know that he (Trump) asked the leader (Senate Majority Leader John Thune - Ed.) not to bring the bill to a vote this week,
Wicker allegedly told the Defense Writers Group in Washington.
The bill, introduced in April by Senators Lindsey Graham and Richard Blumenthal, proposes a 500% tariff on imports from countries that continue purchasing Russian oil and raw materials.
